Sascha and Maikel are the heart of GBS Tents. They make sure every project is executed to perfection with their years of experience in tent rental and attention to detail. Maikel is responsible for the logistics and the planning of the projects, while Sascha focusses on customer service and operational details. Together they ensure smooth communication and a professional approach, to make sure every event becomes a success.

GBS Tents rental was founded in 1972 in a bar. Grandfather Jaak Bas, working at a brewery, spontaneously offered a tent to a customer that needed one. His son-in-law peter decided to help by making the tent himself. With the help of his wife Simone and daughter Sonja, the first project started and that is how GBS was born. Thirty years later, son Sascha and his wife Barbara took over the company and now their nephew Maikel is running the family business. GBS still designs and produces their own tents and floors that they proudly deliver and install all over the Benelux. In recent decades they specialized in big floor elements for big festivals and events.
